Fes is an imperial city and a prominent cultural and religious center in Morocco. The day begins with a visit to the Royal Palace gate, followed by the medieval Medina, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You’ll enter the Medina through the Blue Gate (Bab Boujloud) and continue with the guidance of a local guide. Highlights of the tour include the Medrasa Bouanania, the Najjarine fountain, the Tanneries, and the Quaraouin mosque and university, considered the oldest university in the world.
